工业产品监督抽查“抽检分离”的必要性及抽样环节应对策略

Abstract： The industrial product quality supervision and random inspection，as an important tool of government quality supervision，has played a positive role in strengthening product quality oversight，enhancing product quality safety，colecting qualitydata，guiding government decision-making，anddirecting consumer behaviors.In 2025，the market regulation department of the autonomous region frstly introduced the physical separation method for sampling and testing in the industrial product qualityand safety supervision and random inspection.Different institutions were responsible for the sampling and testing tasks.During the initial phase of establishing the sampling team，due to the varying capabilities of the personnel，there was an urgent need to establish relevant systemsand norms.This paper， based o the actual situation，conducts a comprehensive analysis ofthe necesity，advantages and disadvantages，and responses foraddressng thesampling phase of the implementation of theseparationofsamplingandtesting，providing valuable insights for colleagues involved in industrial product safety supervision.
