Abstract: The reform of medical education is shifting from a single focus on knowledge transmission toward an integrated model that emphasizes both value cultivation and competency development. The standardized problembased learning (PBL)teaching process aims to integrate ideological and political education elementscomprehensively into theentire course througha problem-driven,structurallyregulated,and process-controllable instructional model. The study introduces the concept of standardization into the teaching processand establishes a four-stage model consisting of“goal setting, problem guidance, collaborative inquiry, and value reflection”.This model standardizes both teacherfacilitation and student discusion behaviors, ensuring alignment among teaching content, methods, and value objectives. Results indicatethat this process enhances students'learning initiative, deepens their understanding of professional and moral values, and facilitates the transformation of medical curricula from mere knowledge acquisition tovalue generation, thereby improving the overall effectivenessof ideological and political education in medical curricula.
