标准化康复护理联合低温冲击镇痛仪在膝髋关节置换术后的应用

Abstract： Objective： To explore the application efect of standardized rehabilitation nursing combined with hypothermic shock analgesia device after knee and hip arthroplasty.Methods： A total of 10 patients who underwent knee and hip arthroplasty and were admited to Gansu Provincial Hospital from December 2022 to April 2024 were selected and grouped according to different nursing methods.71 cases in the control group were given conventional intervention，and 29 cases in theobservation group were given standardized rehabilitation nursing combined with hypothermia shock analgesia device.The recovery degree of joint function， Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） for pain and discharge readiness of the two groups were compared.Results： After the intervention，the scores of joint function recovery degree in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group （P<0.05） ; The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P<0.05） .The discharge readiness score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：The application of standardized rehabilitation nursing combined with the hypothermic shock analgesia device in patients after kneeand hiparthroplasty is helpful to reduce their pain，promote therecoveryofjointfunction，and improve thereadinessfordischarge.Itis worthyof clinical promotion.
