Abstract:The application of molecular biological technologyin the fieldoffood testing is becoming more and more widespread.Many foodtesting institutions havebegun to implement molecular biological detection.This articleaims to introduce theapplicationofcommon methods inmolecular biologicaldetection inthefieldoffood testing,and compares and analyzesthe differences between these methods.Atthe same time,this article also discusses the factors affectingthequalityoftestingandthestrategiesforqualitycontrol,aiming toprovidereferences fortheestablishment and efective operationoffood molecular biological detection experiments,and helpimprove the testing capabilitiesof laboratories.
