Quality Defect Prediction and Standardized Improvement Method Based on Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: This study aims to developa qualitydefect prediction model based onartificial inteligenceby leveraging multi-source data modeling and deep learning algorithms,and optimize improvements through standardization methods to enhance the level of intelligent quality management in manufacturing.The research covers defect data colection and processing,prediction model design,standards system construction,and application efect evaluation, enabling accurate identification ofkeydefect factors toachieve defect warning and trend prediction.Inpractical cases, the modeldemonstrated high accuracy,and the improvement measures significantly enhanced the product pass rate. The results provide valuable insights for building a systematic quality management mechanism and promoting the continuous optimization of quality standards.
