甲状腺手术患者护理中标准化共情护理联合颈部体位训练的应用研究

Abstract：Objective：Toobserve the applicationefectofstandardizedempathetic nursing combined with neck position training in patients undergoing thyroid surgery.Methods：A total of 60 patients who underwent thyroid surgery and wereadmitedtotheSecondAfliated HospitalofBengbuMedicalUniversityfromJanuary2023toMarch2025were selected and divided into two groups byrandom number table method.Taking the implementation of conventional nursing as the control group （30 cases），and the implementation of standardized empathetic nursing combined with neck position trainingasthe observation group （30 cases），the different nursingresults of thetwo groups of patients were compared.Results： By comparing the negative emotions of the two groups of patients，the observation group was superior （P<0.05） . The coping styles of the two groups of patients were compared，and the observation group was superior （P<0.05） . The pain scores and sleep quality of the two groups of patients were compared，and both were superior in the observation group （P<0.05） .The quality of life and self-efficacy scores of the two groups of patients were compared， and the observation group was superior （P<0.05） . Conclusion： On the basis of applying standardized empathetic nursing，combined with the application of neck position training， it can alleviate patients’negative emotions，regulate coping styles，relieve pain and sleepquality，which is conducive to optimizing patients’qualityof life and enhancing self-efficacy and improving prognosis.
