关于推进基层防灾减灾气象服务标准化发展的思考

——以四川彭州基层防灾减灾气象服务标准化实践探索为例

Abstract： The grassroots level is the first line of defense for meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation. Standardization is an important means to enhance the meteorological service capacity atthe grassroots level and build asolid safety defense line.This article takes the pilot construction of meteorological service standardization for grassroots disaster prevention and mitigation in Pengzhou，Sichuan Province as the research object，and deeply analyzes the practical path of promoting meteorological service standardization under the background of complex geographical environment and frequent meteorological disasters.It summarizes the replicable and scalable“Pengzhou Experience” formed in terms of strategic measures，system construction，implementation paths and inovative highlights，and providesreferences forpromoting thestandardizationofmeteorologicalservices forgrassrootsdisaster prevention and mitigation across the country.
