Analysis of Standardized Management of Student Leaders in Universities under thePerspectiveof“Three-wideEducation"

Abstract：As the backbone of theuniversity students，student leaders serve as a bridge and link between school administration and student services， playing an irreplaceable role in fostering academic integrity，cultivating campus culture，and promoting student self-management. The“Thre-wide Education” concept emphasizes whole-person， whole-process，andall-roundeducation，providing fundamental guidance fortalentcultivationinuniversities inthe new era. Currnt student leader management faces isues such as an imperfect selection mechanism，an inadequate training system，unscientificassessment criteria，and insuficient incentivesand safeguards，which hinderthe full realizationof their educational effectiveness.Basedon the“Three-wide Education”perspective and standardized management theory，this paper constructs a standardized student leader management system from four dimensions： selectionandappointment，traininganddevelopment，asessmentand evaluation，and incentive mechanisms.The aim is to enhance the standardization and scientific rigor of student leader management，fully leverage their exemplary role in educational work，and provide practical support for universities in fulfiling their fundamental misionoffostering virtue through education.
