Abstract: This article focuses on the optimization path and efficiency improvement mechanism of mechanical manufacturing process driven by standardization. By sorting out the theoretical basis of mechanical manufacturing process standardization,analyzing the inherent relationship between standardizationand process optimization,and constructing an evaluation indicator system for eficiencyimprovement.Based on actual production scenarios,this paper explores the specific optimization path driven by standardization from three dimensions: process reconstruction, equipment technologyadaptation,and materialandtooling management.Italsodelves intotheeficiencyimprovement mechanisms atthe levelsof productioncolaboration,qualitycontrol,andpersonneloperation,aiming toprovide theoretical reference and practical guidance for mechanical manufacturing enterprises to achieve process upgrading and efficiency improvement through standardization.
