城市治理现代化视域下标准化建设路径研究

——基于淄博市“五个淄博”建设的实践探索

Abstract： Standards serve as fundamental tools for urban governance and institutional achievements of social development，playing normative and guiding roles.Strengthening standardization is essential to transition urban governance from extensiveness to precision，from empiricism to scientific rigor，and from fragmentation to coordination.Itconstitutes akey pillar for modernizing urban governance systems and capabilities.This paper，based on the practical implementationof“Five Zibos”construction in Zibo，conductsan in-depth analysisof the dilemmas and challenges in the standardization development within urban governance，and proposes advanced pathways to empower the standardization construction ofurban governance.
