Abstract： Objective： To analyze the influence ofcontinuous quality improvement on thequalityof standardized nursing teaching in criticalcare.Methods： Atotalof 60 nursing interns fromthe Departmentof Intensive Care Medicineof the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of SouthernMedical University from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into thereference group and theresearch group byrandom numbertable method， with 30cases ineach group.Thereference group implemented standardized nursing teaching in critical care.The research group implemented continuous qualityimprovement onthe basis of adopting standardized nursing teaching methods in critical care.The evaluation results，independent learning abilityand teaching satisfactionof the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results： Compared with the reference group，the study group had higher evaluation performance，independent learning ability and teaching satisfaction （P<0.05） . Conclusion： Continuous quality improvement has a positive impact on the quality of standardized nursing teaching incriticalcare，andcan improve theself-learning abilityof interns.The teaching method of continuous quality improvement is recognized by interns， which is worth learning.
