Abstract： Inorder to improve the operational eficiencyand standardized level of the quality management system， thisarticle，basedontheactual situationofLinyi Intellctual PropertyProtection Center，conducts in-depthresearch on standardization construction.The article uses the current situation analysis method and case comparison method to systematically sort out the problems in the current system，and proposes optimization paths and implementation strategies.Research has shown that institutional optimization，process restructuring，and information support are key linksinpromoting standardizationconstruction，and theresearch results have practical value for improvingquality management in governments and public institutions.
