Standard Construction and Practical Verification of the “Points System" Management of Ecological Volunteer Services for Higher Vocational College Students

Abstract:Current volunteer service management in higher vocational colleges faces challenges including lack of activity continuity,limited motivational impact,and insuficient managementstandardization.This paper developsan ecological volunterservice“points system” management system with multidimensional metrics (service duration,task complexity,and outcome evaluation) through problem-oriented design.The effectivenes is validated through a case studyatthe Zhanjiang Preschol Education College.The system has demonstrated significant improvements in student engagement and service quality, providing replicable management models for peer institutions.
