全聚焦超声成像技术在压力容器分层缺陷夹角测定中的应用概述
Abstract: This paper focuses on the common issue of lamellar defects in base materials during the periodic inspection of pressure vessels.It proposes for the first time to applythe total focusing method(TFM) ultrasonic imaging technology to the angle determination of lamellar defects.Through high-resolution imaging and accurate defect localization,itprovides anew technicalapproach tosolving this industrychallnge.Firstly,itelaborates on theindustrychallenges indetermining lamellardefects,particularly the lack of authoritative guidelines and detection methods for determining the angle between lamellar defects and free surfaces.Subsequently,it introduces the principles and advantages of TFM ultrasonic imaging technology, a novel non-destructive testing technique, andits current applicationstatus in the fieldof special equipment inspection.It thoroughlyanalyzes thehazards and causes of lamellar defects in pressure vessls,and comprehensively summarizes relevant research achievements both domesticallyand internationally.Finalyit disusses the feasibility and potential challenges of applying TFM ultrasonic testing technology to solve the angle determination problem of lamellar defects in pressure equipment, aiming toprovide referencesforfurtherresearch and practicein thisfield.
