标准化护理在青少年抑郁症患者康复中的应用效果分析

Abstract： Objective： This study aims to evaluate the application effect of standardized nursing program in the rehabilitation ofadolescent patients with depresion.Methods： One hundred adolescent patients with depression who visitedtheFirstPeople's HospitalofBaiyin，Gansu Province fromJanuary202lto January2O23 were selectedas the research objects and randomlydivided intothe experimental groupandthecontrol group，with 5Ocases in each group. The experimental group received standardized nursing intervention， while the control group received routine nursing. Theapplication value inalleviating depressive symptoms，improving qualityof life andclinical efcacy was evaluated through indicatorssuchas the Self-ating Depresson Scale （SDS）， Clinical Global ImpressonScale （CGI），Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS），and Qualityof Life Assessment Scale （SF-36）.Results： The improvement effects of SDS，CGI， SAS and SF-36 in the experimental group were all better than those in thecontrol group. Conclusion： Standardized nursing program has a significant effct in the treatment ofadolescent depresion.Itcaneffectively improve depressive symptoms，relieve anxiety symptoms and enhance the quality oflife，providing solid evidence support for clinical application.
