Application Effect of the Standardized Nursing Program for Adolescent Anxiety Disorders

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application efect of the standardized nursing program for adolescent anxiety disorders.Methods: Arandomizedcontrolled experiment design wasadopted.One hundred adolescent patients aged 12 to 18 years admited to the Psychological Health Departmentof the First People's Hospital of Baiyin, Gansu Province fromJanuary2023 to December 2023were selectedandrandomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 50cases ineach group.The experimental groupreceivedstandardized nursing program,while thecontrol group received routine nursing. Anxiety symptoms,sleep quality, quality of life and family support were evaluated through the SCARED,PSQI,YQOL andFESscales.Results: The experimental group Was significantlysuperior to the control group in terms of anxiety symptoms,sleep quality, quality of life and family support (P
