Abstract:A study is conducted on the inteligent maintenance technology for primary substation equipment under 5G technology.Informationof primarysubstation equipment,including electrical quantities and infrared thermal images,is acquired byfault recorders and infrared thermal imagers.Through 5G network,the information isautomatically collected and uploaded to the internal PMS system,providing basic data for maintenance.Then,denoising and smoothing processes are applied to these two types of information respectively.For electrical quantity information, time-domain featuresand frequency-domain features are extracted;for infrared thermal images,features such as average image brightnessand color variance are extracted.Finall,with the features as input,the operation status of primary substation equipment is identified by usingthe expert database evaluation method under the reasoning of the inference engine.The results show that under the application oftheresearched technology,the kappa coeffcients are all greater than O.8,indicating that thestatus detection of primarysubstation equipment is relatively accurate and proving the effectiveness of this technology.
