Abstract:In theconstruction ofhigh-speedrail bridges,steel barsare amajor material that accounts fora large proportion ofcosts,andthe leveland degree offine constructionandcontrol arean important content that needs to be considered in theintelligentconstruction technologyof high-speedrailbridges.Thetopcapsteelbarsof high-speed rail bridges are dense,complexand diverse,and lack acomplete expresion of steel bar samples,sothey need to be analyzed inlarge samples during steel bar processng for on-site steel bar processing and instalation.Due to the limitations oftheon-site technical level,theanalysis erorofthe topcapsteebarsample leads tothe diffcultyof the installation ofthetopcapsteelbar,the errorrework,thedelayof theconstruction periodand theeconomic loss.How toeffcientlyandaccuratelyanalyze the large sampleof high-speedrail bridge pier topcapsteel barisan important contentof high-speedrailbridgereinforcementengineering,and itis alsoakey technologyof high-speedrail bridge intellgentconstruction technology.Onthe basisoftheanalysisof thecharacteristics ofthe topcap stelbar,anew method of accurately analyzing the top cap stel bar sample using BIM technology was proposed and implemented, which can quickly realize the analysis ofthe topcap steel bar sample,the top cap steel bar audit calculation,the construction technology disclosureand other steel bar work,andrealize the simplificationand high eficiencyof the installation and finecontrol ofthe topcap steel bar,and the proposed technologycan alsobe applied to the analysis ofthe steel bar sample ofother complex concrete structures.
