Design and stability evaluation of deep foundation pit support under complex geological conditions

Abstract:Taking the deep foundation pit project in the aluvial strata in Northwest China asan example,the collaborative support design scheme of "row pile embedding to medium weathered rock strata combined with stepped anchor cable"was proposed.Through the theoretical calculationand the multi-condition verification of the correction software,theresults showthattheoverall stabilitycoefficient,anti-upliftcoeficientandanti-overturningcoefficient all reachthe safetythresholdof the first-classfoundation pit.In terms ofeconomic benefits,the designof anchor instead of support can significantly save construction time,and optimizing the embedding depth can reduce the amount of concrete.The design is universallyapplicable in the coarsesand-silty clay interlayer,which providesareliable reference for similar projects.
