Research on the preparation and performance of epoxy resin modified environmental protection paint for art graffiti

Abstract：In order to ensure the application performance and visual effect of environmentall friendly paint materials forart graffti，water-solubleacrylicresin wasusedasraw material，epoxyresinas modifier，and melamine formaldehyderesin as cross-linking agent to prepare and generate environmentally friendly water-based epoxy resin modified acrylic resin coating materials，and its application performance was tested and characterized.The results showed that when the mass fraction of the crosslinker melamine formaldehyde resin was 20% ，the mechanical properties，weather resistance and corosion resistance of the environmentallyfriendly water-based epoxy resin modifiedacrylic resin coating film for art graffiti were beter overall. When thecuring temperature of melamine formaldehyde resin reached140‰ ，the glossiness，acid and alkali resistance，appearance of the coating film were better，and the cros-linking degree could reach 95% . When the curing time reached 30min ，the coating film had better salt water resistance， acid and alkali resistance，and the cross-linking degree could reach 95% . The eco-friendly waterborne epoxy resin modifiedacrylic paint coated specimens have high gloss and light saturation，good hydrophobic properties，smooth appearance，good adhesion，large bending strength and good corrosion resistance.
