玄武岩纤维长度及掺量对喷射混凝土力学性能的影响研究

Study on the effects of basalt fiber length and content on the mechanical properties of shotcrete

Abstract:Inorder to improve the mechanical properties of shotcreteand prolong its service life,basalt fibers of different lengthsand dosages were selected to be blended into shotcrete,and the related mechanical properties were studied.On the basisofthe testofraw materialssuchascement,aggregate,admixture,basalt fiber,etc.,the mix ratio design of basalt fiber shotcrete wascaried out.The mechanical properties of basalt fiber shotcrete with different lengths and contents were evaluated bytests of compresive strength,spliting tensile strength,shear strength and initial crack strength.The results showed that with the increase of the curing age of basalt fiber shotcrete specimens, the mechanical properties of the specimens were gradually enhanced under the same basalt fiber length and content. When the basalt fiber content was 3kg/m3 and the length was 9mm ,the bearing capacity of basalt fiber shotcrete was the best.When the basalt fiber content was 4kg/m3 and the length was 9 mm,the crack resistance and shear failure resistance of basalt fiber shotcrete were the best.

喷射混凝土是当前隧道衬砌结构及护坡结构最常用的施工工艺,原材料的质量对喷射混凝土结构的性能起着决定性作用,玄武岩纤维作为一种矿物纤维,具有优异的物理、力学性能,同时与水泥净浆之间的相融性较好。(剩余5551字)
