Research on the restoration of aging resistance of sealing rubber strips for window of rail transit vehicles

Abstract：Inorder to studytherepairperformanceof the windowsealant stripofrail transit vehicles，thebottomadhesive sample was first made，and theartificial climate aging-high and low temperaturecyclic alternating test was caried ut on the bottom adhesive sample to simulate the aging ofthe vehicle window sealant，and then the aging of the bottm adhesive strip wascoated with a new rubber strip after diferent surface treatments，and finallthe damage mode of the joint between the new rubber stripand the aging rubber strip was verified bythe strip peling test method，so as to verifytherepair performance of the rubber strip.The verification results showed that the best repair effect could beobtained by using 7OO3 adhesives，pre-treatment with removing thesurface of the old adhesive strip and brushing the primer.
