Preparation and performance study of steel wire winding reinforced PE composite pipe for gas pipelines

Abstract:Gas pipelines play an important role in energy transmission and supply,and in order to obtain gas pipes with higher durability and stronger presure,the preparation and performance of steel wire winding reinforced PE composite pipes for gas pipelines were studied.High-qualityPE materials were prepared,theamountof steel wire with reinforcing layer was calculated,and steel wire winding reinforced PE composite pipes for gas pipelines were prepared by combining adhesive resin.The pneumatic burst performance and bending performance of the pipe were tested,and the changes incompressive performance,elastic modulus of steel wireand steel wire dosage were verified for thecompressive strengthof the pipeunderdiferent temperatures.The test results showed that the bursting pressure of the pipe exceeded 30MPa ,the curvature was proportional to the bending moment,and the cracking was the most serious when the pipe was 350mm ,and the elastic modulus of the steel wire would not affect the compressive strength of the pipe,and the compressive strength ofthe pipe would increase if the amount of steel wire was large. 燃气管道最常使用的管材一般为铝塑复合管和钢丝网骨架塑料复合管,其中,铝塑复合管是用铝管作为嵌入金属层,通过热熔粘合剂与内外层聚乙烯塑料复合而成,具有质轻、单根长度大、价格低廉、施工作业方便等优点,被广泛用于低压天然气输送 [1-3] 。(剩余5506字)
