Abstract:In the fieldof emisson monitoring of stationary pollution sources of thermal power,oneof the key problems facing the accuratecalculationof emisions from stationarypolution sources is theaccuracyand stability of flowrate measurement.Inorder tosolve thischallnge,theaccuracyand stabilityof thecalculationof polution source emisions are improved through the research andapplication of multi-channel ultrasonic flowvelocity measurement technology.The specific method is to installtwoor more pairs of ultrasonic transducers to measure the flow rate of diferent channels and perform data fusion processing to improve the measurement accuracy and reliability. This technology uses the time diference of sound wave propagation to calculate theflow rate,and has been applied in thedesulfurizationemission flueof coal-fired power plants.Thespecific embodimentis to installtwo pairs of ultrasonictransducers onthe desulfurization discharge main pipeline,and the signals are independently analyzed and calculated bythe integrated processing system.The technologyachieves continuousand stableoperation and is highlycorrelated with the measurement data of the matrix flow meter.
