Preparation and performance study of thermal insulation and sound insulation materials for ultra-low energy consumption green floating floor slabs

Abstract:In order to meet the composite function requirements of ultra-low energy consumption green floating floor slabs forconcrete thermal insulationand sound insulation,a high-flowearly-strength cementitious material with excelent compressve performance was prepared byusing PCas the main cementitious material,and based on the high-fluidityearly-strength cementitious materials,theoptimal preparationratioof high-specificstrength EPS lightweight concrete was determined by changing the content of HPMC graphene,EPS particle diameter and EPS content.The results showed that the changes of HPMC graphene content,EPS particle size and EPScontent would affect the performance of high specific strength EPS lightweight concrete,and the suitablecontentof HPMC graphene for the preparation of high specific strength EPS lightweight concrete was 0.1% ,EPS particle size 4 mm,and EPS content of 70% ,which was the best.
