Preparation and application properties of a new hydrophobic epoxy resin building thermal insulation coating material

Abstract:Inorder tosolvetheproblemof por thermal insulationefectandstabilityoftraditionalbuildingthermal insulation coatings,anew preparationmethodof hydrophobicepoxyresin building thermal insulationcoating materials was proposed.The test beginswithanoptimizationof theratioofthe building insulationcoating,followed byan analysis of the coating properties.The test results showed that when the dosage of aqueous epoxy-acrylic emulsion was 30% ,the dosage of air glass beads was 8% ,the dosage of titanium dioxide was 12% ,the dosage of hydrophobic silica was 4% ,and the dosage of aluminum silicate ceramic fiber was 3% ,theperformance of the building thermal insulation coatings was the best.The performance of the best ratio of building thermal insulation coatings was analyzed,and all indicators met the requirementsof GB/T25261—2018 standard,which can be applied to buildings to save energy.
