Research on optimization of photoelectric properties of flexible perovskite silicon tandem solar cells

Abstract:Inviewof the limitationsof traditional rigidsolar celsinwearabledevicesandbuilding-integratedapplication scenarios,a flexible perovskite silicon tandemsolar cell was designed and its key structural component was optimized.Specificaly,the tandem structure of the upper perovskite layer and the lower silicon layer was constructed by using a polyimide substrate,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency was increased to 22.7% by optimizing the crystalization qualityof the perovskite and introducing the multilayer texture structure and the MoO 3 /ITO composite tunneling structure.Thedevice exhibits excelent mechanical and thermalstability,with performance degradation of only 8.2% after 1 OOo bending cycles,and stable output at 60∘C operating temperature.
