Construction and application comparison of online safety early-warning system for boiler high-temperature corrosion

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of high-temperaturecorrosion caused by low-nitrogencombustion of coalfired units,an online high-temperature corosion early warning system was proposed and applied.Low-nitrogen combustion reduces NOx emissions but increases the risk of corosion,and the early warning system is based on TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy) technology,which monitors the concentration of corrosive gases in the burner area in real time and gives early warnings.Constant flow dilution sampling and long-path partition measurements improve accuracyand enablemulti-point monitoring.Intheaplicationofcoal-fired power plants,the systemeffectively reduces the frequency of corrosion events,improves boilersafetyand economy,and reduces fuel consumptionand CO2 emisions,achieving a win-win situationof environmental protection and economic benefits.Theresearch provides technical support forthe safe production and energy conservation and emision reduction of coal-fired units.
