Optimization of compounding parameters and performance of gel admixtures based on component synergistic technology

Abstract: Underthe background of "double carbon"goaland resource recycling strategy,the high value utilizationof ndustrial solidwaste suchas slagand mineral slag is thekeyto thetransformation ofbuilding materials industry.However,the traditional process has the problems of poor admixture performance and high cost.In this paper,the properties of admixtures madebydiffrent proportions of slag and mineral slag mixed grindingandthe nfluenceof replacing some general cement were studied.According to the relevant national standards,the specific surface area,finenes,activity index andother indicators of admixtures were tested bycomparative test,and their application effects in diferent cement and concrete were analyzed.The test results show that the performance of the mixed grinding admixture is better than that of the single grinding,which meets the secondary and even primary standards,and the ratio of mineral slag has a suitable cost-perfomance ratio.The performance remains basically unchanged when 5% cement is replaced,and the standard consistency water consumption is slightly increased and the strength is slightly reduced when the replacement exceeds 5%. Its application effect in some cement is good,which can help the commercial mixing station to reduce the cost and increase the eficiency.
