Research on the preparation and performance of PC/PCL/PU composite invisible braces materials for 3D printing

Abstract:The preparation and properties of PC/PCL/PU composite invisible braces for3D printing were studied. In viewof the dependenceon imports of invisible braces materials and the limitations of traditional injection molding technology,a ternarycomposite modification strategy was proposed to develop high-performance domestic materials, andthe synergistic effect ofcomponentratio onmaterial properties was analyzed.The results showed thatit had advantages in fluidityand toughness,and improved the comprehensive properties of PLA materials to acertain extent. PCL could improve fluidity,but the tensile strength and elastic modulus were reduced.PU enhanced impact strength and toughness,and the composite material has good compatibility and machinability.
