Research on the application of fiber-reinforced polyurethane adhesive in the surface curing of fractured rock slope

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of smalleffective bonding area and long curing time of existing methods, the application of fiber-reinforced polyurethane adhesive in the surface curing of fractured rock slope was studied. Depending onthe reinforcement needs of the slope,the fiber cloth was tiledon the treated slope surface.By controlling thelayingand tensioning process,itwas ensured that each layeroffiber cloth was insuffcient contact with the concrete.The well-mixed polyurethane adhesive was evenly applied to the fabric.Fiber-reinforced polyurethane adhesives wereused to fill cracks in concrete structures and enhance structural stability.The test results showed that theeffectivebonding area of the fiber cloth could reach 97% ,and the results met the expected requirements.With a strict curing time of less than 10h ,the adhesive could complete the curing process efficiently and provide reliable reinforcement for slopes.
