Analysis of the properties of polyglutamic acid hydrogel and evaluation of its therapeutic effect on ulcerative colitis

Abstract：In viewof thepoor recovery efect of traditional treatment methods for ulcerative colitisand the easy occurrence ofadverse reactions，apolyglutamicacid hydrogel was prepared forthe treatment of ulcerative colitis.The experimentfirst analyzed the efectofpolyglutamicacid hydrogelon ulcerativecolitis，and then used polyglutamic acid hydrogel in clinical trials todetermine the eficacyof polyglutamicacid hydrogel onpatients with ulcerative colitis.The testresultsshowed that polyglutamicacid hydrogel could stably exist in the gastrointestial tract，reduce the expression of IL-1β，IL -6，TNF- α ，myeloperoxidase MPO and other inflammatory factors，increase the expression of TJP，Villi，Mucin，laminin，LN，and up regulate the expression of IL-10，TNF ，and Villin antibodies， showing a good therapeutic efectonenteritis.The clinical application of polyglutamicacid hydrogel shows that its therapeutic effect is significantlybeterthan thatof traditional treatment，and the incidence of adverse reactions is significantlylower than thatof traditional treatment，which indicates thatthismethod isfeasiblefor the treatmentof ulcerative colitis.
