Research on Business Model Innovation of Food Processing Enterprises in the Digital Economy Era

Abstract：At present， many food processing enterprises are facing multiple dificulties in production， sales and other aspects.In the context of the digital economy era，how to meet consumer needs and enhance market competitiveness through innovative business models has become a research focus for food processing enterprises. Based on this，this article analyzes the problems existing in the traditional business model of food processing enterprises，introduces the importance of innovative business models for food processing enterprises inthe digital economy era，and elaborates on the innovative pathofbusiness models from theaspects of digital transformation and upgrading，personalizedcustomized product development，brandreshaping，andculturaldissemination.Theaim is to providereference and guidance for food processing enterprises and helpthe industryachieve sustainable development goals.
