Research on the Development Strategies of the Smart Supply Chain System for Agricultural Products in Dalian

Abstract： With the empowerment of digital intelligence and industrial upgrading，consumers have put forward al-round requirements for foodsafety，channel traceabilityand stable supplyof agricultural products，and inviewof the problems of redundant circulation links，high productlossrate，and imbalance between supplyand demand in the traditional agricultural product supply chain， it is urgent to builda smartsupplychain system to improve efficiency， ensure food safetyand promote industrial upgrading.Taking Dalian as an example，combined with the national“14th Five-Year Plan”logistics development plan and local policies，this paper analyzes thecurrent situationand problems ofDalian's agricultural product supplychain，draws onadvanced experience at home and abroad，puts forward a plan for the construction of a smart supply chain system，and puts forward development suggestions from the aspects of policy support， technology application，and industrial collaboration.
