Research on the Multiple Application and Development of Functional High-Protein Food

Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous enhancement of public health awarenessfunctional high protein foods have gradually become the focus ofresearch and market attention.This type of food is rich in high-quality protein and various functional active ingredients,which can effectively enhance the body's immunity,promote the recovery of exercise function,and fully meet the nutritional needs of special populations. It has demonstrated diversifedapplication value in the fieldsof diet,exercise nutrition,disease prevention,and healthmanagement for special populations.Atthe same time,this field presents a development trend of personalized customization, cross disciplinary integration,technology driven innovation,and industrial upgradingand transformation,indicating that functional high protein foods have broad application prospects.
