Abstract： Yogurt contains beneficial probiotics such as Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus，which have many health benefitsdue to their activity，such as regulating intestinal flora，improving digestion and immune function， and having potential efects on metabolic health，oral health，and mental health.This article outlines common active detection methods，such as traditional culture methods，molecular biology methods，and biosensor technologies，and analyzes their specific impacts on health，aiming to provide theoretical references for future research.
