Problems and Countermeasures of Food Quality and Safety Management Under the Background of Big Data

Abstract： With the rapid development of information technology， the role ofbig data in food quality and safety management has become increasingly prominent.This paper analyzes the main problems in food quality and safety management under the background of big data， including imperfect data collection system，insuffcient data analysis and application capabilities，and lack of information collaborative sharing mechanism.In response to these problems， optimization measures such as building an intelligent data colection system，improving the level of big data analysis and application，and improving the information sharingandcollaborative mechanismare proposed，aiming to provide theoretical support and practical paths for improving the level of food quality and safety management and building an intelligent supervision system.
