Challenges and Effective Approaches to Strengthening Grain Reserve Management under the Background of the New Era

Abstract： This article analyzes the importance of strengthening grain reserve management from three dimensions： stabilize grain supply，sustainable agricultural development，and farmers’income increase.Meanwhile， in response to prominent issues such as unbalanced reserve layout，backward storage facilities，and weak supervision mechanisms， paths such as scientifically planning the reserve system， promoting the intelligent upgrade of storage， and strengthening dynamic supervision throughout the entire process are proposed， with the aim of providing theoretical references for the construction of a modern grain reserve management system.
