Problems and Improvement Measures of Sample Collection in Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract: Food testing and inspection is a core link in ensuring food safety.As the starting point of the testing process,sample collection directly affects the accuracyand reliabilityof test results.Starting from the actual needs offood testing, this paper systematically analyzes the problems in various aspects of sample colection and proposes improvement measures,such as scientifically planning sampling schemes,optimizing preservation conditions, strengthening personnel training,and improving the digital traceability system.These measures provide theoretical basis and practical reference for enhancing the quality of food testing.
