Optimization of a Method for the Determination of Neotame Content in Dry Wine by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract: Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of neotame in dry wine by high performance liquid chromatography by optimizing chromatographic conditions and sample pretreatment steps. Method: The samples were extracted with mixed extracts,concentrated and then analyzed by liquid chromatography. Result: Neotame showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.06μg⋅mL-1 to 6.00μg⋅mL-1 ,with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 6.The recoveries of neotame in dry wine at different spiked levels were 83.4% to 93.0% ,and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was <3% .Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate, suitable for large-scale sample detection,and has good practicality and promotion potential.
