Abstract: As a core link in ensuring food safety,food testing is extremely important in terms of sample management and quality control. As food safety issues become increasingly serious, ensuring the accuracy, scientificity and credibilityoffood testing has become an important issue.This article analyzes the currnt problems faced by sample management and quality control in food testing,and explores feasible ways to improve the reliability and credibilityof test results byoptimizing sample collction specifications,improving sample storage conditions and improving the quality control system, providing reference and reference for promoting high-quality development of the food testing industry.
