Optimization of the Aqueous Extraction Process for Polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale

Abstract： In order to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale，this study investigated the efects of extraction temperature，time and solid-liquid ratioon polysaccharide yield through single factor experiments，and orthogonal experiments were used to determine the optimal process parameters.The results showed that when the extraction temperature was 90∘C ， the extraction time was 4.5h， and the solid-liquid ratio was 1：40（g：mL） ，the polysaccharide extraction rate was the highest， reaching 17.60% .The research results can provide theoretical support and technical guidance for deepening the comprehensive utilization of Dendrobium officinale resources.
