Abstract： This article reviews the principles，applicable scenarios， advantages，and disadvantages of current common trace element detection technologies in food. It focuses on key control strategies to improve the reliability of detection results，proposing a comprehensive quality control path that includes enhancing personnel quality， optimizing instruments，controling the environment，and combining technologies，providing theoretical references for improving the food trace component detection system.
