Causes and Control Countermeasures of Health Risks of Plastic Products for Food Contact

Abstract: This paper analyzes the causes of health risks of plastic products for food contact from four dimensions: raw materials, production processes, consumer usage behaviors,and regulatory mechanisms,and proposes targeted control strategies.Adopting measures such as optimizing the selection of raw materials,improving production processes,strengthening consumer education and perfecting the regulatory system can effctively reduce health risks and provide theoretical references for ensuring food safety.
