Abstract： The microbiology laboratory of the disease control center，as acrucial component ofthe public health system，shoulders important taskssuchas disease monitoring，detectionofhealth hazard factors，investigatioand handling of epidemic situations.Itis of great significance for ensuring people's health and social stability.Therefore， in daily work，thequality control of the microbiology laboratory must be emphasized to ensure the accuracy of detectionresults.This article explores the intemal qualitycontrol ofthe microbiology laboratory from multiple aspects， including enhancing the profesionalqualities andoperationalstandardizationofpersonnel，strengtheningthemanagement and maintenanceofinstruments and equipment，ensuringthequalityand managementoflaboratorymaterials andreagents， optimizing laboratoryoperation standards，creatinga suitable inspectionenvironmentand strengthening safety management. Atthe same time，laboratory external qualitycontrol measures were summarizedfromthe aspects oflaboratory comparison and abilityverification，aiming toimprove thequalitycontrol efect，promote thescientificandstandardizeddevelopment of the laboratory，and enhance the quality of microbiological inspection in public health.
