Existing Problems and Improvement Strategies in Nutrient Content Testing of Chenopodium quinoa Willd. Products

Abstract: The nutritional composition testing of Chenopodium quinoa Willd. products is of great significance to ensure food quality and safety.Atpresent, there are some problems in the testing work,suchas the lack ofstandard and specification system,the insufficient accuracy of inspection methods,andthe limited function of experimental equipment.In terms of standards and specifications,the methods and evaluation indicators adopted by various testing institutions are not unified enough,and there is a lack of special methodological verification; in terms of testing methods, the detection accuracy and sensitivity of near-infrared spectroscopy,liquid chromatography and atomic absorption spectroscopy under complex matrix conditions need to be improved; in terms of experimental equipment, the performanceanddegree of automationoftesting equipment are diffcult tomet the needs ofeffcient andaccurate testing.In order to solve these problems,improvement strategies such as improving the standard and specification system,innovating testing technologyand methods,andoptimizing experimentalconditions were proposedto mprove the level of nutritional composition detection of Chenopodium quinoa Willd. products.
