Discussion on the Application of Statistical Data Analysis in Food Safety Assurance

Abstract： Food safety not only concerns the life and health rights of consumers，but is also an important factoraffecting economic development and social stability.Inthecontextof therapid developmentof the current food industry and the increasingly diversified consumer market， fod safety is facing multiple severe chalenges. This article discusses the application of statistical data analysis in food safety from four aspects：risk assessment， sampling inspection， data monitoring and analysis，and early warning and emergency management， in order to fully demonstrate the powerful advantages of statistical data analysis in food safety and provide areference for the comprehensive improvement of the level of food safety.
