Exploration of Construction and Management Innovation of Intelligent Catering Distribution Center

Abstract： With the rapid development of the digital economy and the continuous advancement of industrial digital transformation， the catering industry is undergoing significant changes.The emergence of new-generation information technologiessuchasbigdata，the InternetofThings，andartifcial intellgence has providedabrand-new technical guarantee for innovation in the catering industry.Against thisbackdrop，the inteligent catering distribution center emerged as an important part of the upgrading of the catering industry. It mainly integrates information technology with traditional consolidation and distribution busines，successfully breaking through the limitations of traditional catering consolidation and distribution in terms oftime，space and eficiency， promoting the optimization and reconstruction of the catering supply chain，and opening up new ways and directions for the high-quality development of the catering industry.Based on this，this paper mainly conducts a preliminary exploration of the constructionand management innovation ofintellgent catering distribution centers，aiming to provide areference for industry practices.
