食品中镉元素检测方法的研究进展
摘 要:重金属镉作为人体非必需元素,具有一定的生物学毒性,生物半衰期达10~30年,在人体内不断累积会对各器官造成影响并引发各种疾病。在镉暴露中,饮食是人体摄入镉的重要途径。相比其他重金属,镉更易被农作物吸收。基于此,本文综述了镉金属元素的常规检测方法,为食品中镉的检测提供参考。

Research Progress of Detection Methods for Cadmium in Food

Abstract: Cadmium, as a non essential element in the human body, has a certain biological toxicity with a biological half-life of 10 to 30 years. Its continuous accumulation in the human body can affect various organs and cause various diseases. In cadmium exposure, diet is an important pathway for the human body to ingest cadmium. Compared to other heavy metals, cadmium is more easily absorbed by crops. Based on this, this article reviews the conventional detection methods for cadmium metal elements, providing reference for the detection of cadmium in food.

目前,用于检测食品中镉含量的技术发展迅速,主要是基于实验室仪器设备等的精确检测方法和现场快速检测技术,包括石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry,GFAAS)、火焰原子吸收光谱法(Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry,FAAS)、原子发射光谱法(Optical Emission Spectrometry,OES)、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)和激光诱导击穿光谱法(Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy,LIBS)等仪器方法,以及酶联免疫法、电化学分析法等快检方法,对样品进行相应的前处理后,能高效精准地对Cd进行定性筛查和定量检测。(剩余5309字)
