植物源性食品中农药残留快速检测技术研究

摘 要:本研究使用气相色谱-质谱联用法,以乙腈为萃取剂,对植物源性食品中的10种农药残留进行检测,并以黄瓜、韭菜、苹果、大米和玉米为基质进行了加标回收率和精密度实验,结果表明该方法检出限符合相应标准、回收率高、精密度好,可用于植物源性食品中农药残留的快速测定。

Research on Rapid Detection Technology of Pesticide Residues in Plant Derived Foods

Abstract: This study used gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to detect 10 pesticide residues in plant-based foods using acetonitrile as the extractant. The spiked recovery and precision experiments were conducted on cucumber, leek, apple, rice, and corn as substrates. The results showed that the detection limit of this method met the corresponding standards, with high recovery rate and good precision. It can be used for the rapid determination of pesticide residues in plant-based foods.
